Whoo!  Stumbling across fitness gold tonight!  Here’s another great article to debunk any fitness myths out there.  I was pleased to see that I had already learned the majority of these fitness myths from research & personal experience (dusts shoulder off), but there were a few myths that clarified some things for me.  Namely, the one about kettlebells being both a great weight training tool and a greater chance for injury due to improper use/form.  After my latest shoulder injuries from using 6-lbs dumbells incorrectly,, I’ve decided that I will definitely be taking a kettlebell class once I have the opportunity.
