Hey guys, just stumbled upon (using StumbleUpon.com) this AWESOME article explaining not only the importance of exercising different areas of your body, but also how to do so at home.  The article is “How to Get a Complete Workout with Nothing But Your Body“.  I love this, because exercising at home is great for many reasons:

  • You’re not spending gas money going to a gym (or monthly gyms fees, for that matter)
  • You’re not bound by weather, if you exercise outside, so you can exercise anytime

I wish I had found this article a long time ago, and I encourage everyone to read it, as it’s a great reminder to exercise different areas of your body, and it gives great explanations and videos.
