  1. Continue 3-month pullup regimen (fourth week)
  2. Continue reading “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”
  3. Eat every three hours (as directed in “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”) to increase metabolism rate
  4. Continue reading affirmations twice a day, with belief and visualization

This week will be my last week of Month One of the pullup regiment I’ve decided to tackle – How to Rapidly Increase Your Pullup Numbers in 3 months or Less.  So next week I will start building volume with pyramid training and high-volume sessions.  I’m excited that I already can do 16 pullups in one day (even if I take large amounts of rest in between). Below is my progress so far:

I need to start reading “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”, because I have been out of work this week for two days, so I haven’t had time to read it.  Next week I will read more.

I’m doing a pretty good job of eating every three hours, and I actually prefer it, since it feels good to always be eating, hehe.
