Started Month Two of the pullup regimen, How to Rapidly Increase Your Pullup Numbers in 3 months or Less.  My max number of pullups is 16, but I had limited time on Tuesday, so I could only go up to 10 (which still was very challenging) doing the double-step pyramid training.  I tried to do a pullup today, but the muscles underneath my armpits are still sore.  Tomorrow I will do the low-rep, high volume training.  I know my max (not in a set) is 16, but I’m pretty sure I can only do 8-10 in a maxed out set.  So I’ll be doing 2-3 repetitions for this exercise.

Read a bit more of “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”.  Learned about different body types (there are 3 according to the book – endomorphs, ectomorphs, mesomorphs).  Didn’t read that much, so I will read more today and tomorrow.

Keeping up reading affirmations twice a day, and now that I have put feeling behind them, they are much more effective.  I have to take time to visualize myself already having my desires.
