EFT Tapping Technique is a bit hit and miss, but I’ll continue to do it, even if it only works half the time.  It’s been such a struggle to wake up lately, and I’ve had such low energy.

Getting the hang of eating five, small-portioned meals everyday.  I’ve observed that I like to eat a big meal at night, so I’m having a hearty breakfast (steel-cut oatmeal), but with very light meals in between breakfast and my two dinner meals.  I’ll eat fruit for these small meals.
